As a Member, you receive:

1 on 1 Access (Value $18,000) -
You will have the ability to schedule 1 on 1 calls with Doug or Pat as needed.

You will also have the option to do a 1 on 1 half-day with Doug or Pat, virtually or in person annually.

3 Live Group Meetings (Value $7500) -
We host 3 live group meetings each year, each lasting 1.5-2 days (depending on the travel schedules of the attendees) where we address the specific goals & needs of each member.

This is not a seminar disguised as a mastermind, with presentation after presentation. It’s personalized problem solving & coaching coupled with a shared best practices and an unmatched community of peers.

Weekly Zoom (Value $7500) -
Each week, we hold a weekly Zoom specifically for Boardroom members, where we share a specific growth or optimization strategy and address the needs specific to individual member businesses.

Private Boardroom Community (Value $5200) - Our Private Boardroom Community is the hub of activity where you’ll have immediate access to training and resources as well as on demand access to get your questions answered by coaches and peers.

‘Win The Week’ Accountability (Value $5200) -

Each week, you’ll have a short check-in meeting where you’ll identify your top priorities for the upcoming week and get the support & accountability you need to achieve them. This will ensure that you make consistent progress, week after week.

Ideal Business Accelerator for You & Your Team -
You will be able to add any key contributors from your team to our Ideal Business Accelerator Coaching Program so we can help develop them to be able to execute your vision. You will also have access to IBA for meetings and access to all coaches / resources.

The Boardroom Commitment:

The expectation of this group is that each member:

Asks for help when needed
Implements.
Share what’s working.
Is a good teammate (keep things confidential, engage, support others, etc.)

The Boardroom membership is month-to-month.

So How Do You Get In?

Membership decisions are based on a conversation with Doug or Pat. We want a mutual fit and this is the criteria we look at:

Your business and your probability to ROI from investment...we only want members who will win big by being part of the Boardroom.

What you are able and willing to contribute to the group. With over 15 years of experience running mastermind groups, we know that the power of the ‘team’ is in the members.

Your ‘fit’ for the culture of the group. Boardroom is a unique group of owners who all had either their best year from a revenue or profit standpoint in 2023…while being completely supportive of other members. The culture is unmatched and it’s crucial that new members are a fit.

If selected, monthly dues are $997.

If it seems expensive or out of reach, that’s probably a good sign that you’re not a good fit for the Boardroom.
