“From $318,501 to $900,056…”

I have been working with Pat since 2018. I was actually on his newsletter since 2006 but somewhere along the line, I unsubscribed or my success journey would have been fast-tracked!

Before working with Pat, I had a 1600 square foot personal training studio that included myself as the owner, working over 45 hours a week on the floor, week after week after week. I had 2 independent contractors who were becoming more and more difficult to work with, and I had filled up their schedules. I was using a percentage system, so I was giving up 70% of the revenue and was finding it increasingly hard to get ahead. Those guys were more or less covering my overhead and everything I made was my take-home. So I thought I was going pretty good.

Then I met Pat, and he opened my eyes to what I could be doing and the life that I could have. I was newly married and my wife was pregnant with our first child. Through Pats tutelage, I hired my first employee and my contractors got more unruly, so I had to let one go. He literally walked to the end of the parking lot where a new gym had opened up and took 30 clients with him. That one stung. About a week later, Pat invited me out to a conference in California where he was speaking, and while I was away, I received an email from my other contractor. He left the key on my desk and took 25 clients to the gym down the way, and within a 3-week span I had lost almost 60 clients.

Stress set in, but I was motivated to show those guys it wouldn't affect me, and I had a very deep desire to succeed in business for myself and my family. With Pats help and a very cool program he offers called the "Producer Challenge," I made up all the revenue in 6 weeks. I had struggled with these guys personality, their work ethic and defiance for almost 6 years and when Pat was able to help me solve the problem in 6- weeks, it really opened my eyes. I was a believer.

Not many coaches give you their personal cell phone number... Not many coaches offer a 1/2 day 1 on 1 training in their home as part of the program. All of these things set Pat apart from all the other coaches I have talked to. Not to mention, my revenue numbers and profit.

Before working with Pat, I was just getting started as a personal trainer running my own show outside of a big gym. I first met him back in 2012 at a seminar in Napa, California. I started following his stuff and eventually joined one of his programs.

During our time together, Pat helped me grow my original studio in California from around 20–30 clients to close to 100 between 2012 and 2015. I’ve been working with Pat since 2007 in various programs. During our time together I’ve seen growth in my business every year. I’ve grown from a one-woman show “on the road” running boot camps all over town and training clients in their homes to having a beautiful personal training studio one mile from my house.

I’m now in one of Pat’s mastermind groups and derive a great deal of guidance not only from Pat and the other coaches, but also my fellow participants in the mastermind. It really helps to have a “crew” surrounding you to bounce ideas off of. Business ownership isn’t always easy, but having a coach like Pat to guide me through the rough patches has been invaluable. I can’t imagine running my business without Pat’s programs and guidance.

My first email from Pat Rigsby was in 2008. Received "free" but valuable information on creating business success. Spoke with Pat in 2013 about joining his Athletic Revolution franchise. Led me to certify with the IYCA, another Pat Rigsby venture, there is even a folder designated to him in my Comcast email account. I had ran my business poorly, with no direction and no plan for 30 years, the ability to connect with kids and build trust from their parents kept me in the game, gave me the ability to pay bills but not much more than that. However, 16 years later, December 2024 I jumped in on a trial for the IBA. I knew from my first Win the Week meeting that this was exactly what I needed.

I joined the Monday Win the Week group. I am reminded each week that if you want it, visualize it, plan for it and most importantly follow thru with the plan, results will follow. But you have to do the work. Surround yourself with people who have been there already, did what you are trying to do and I find that in my Win the Week meeting along with an additional $5000 in monthly revenue since joining.
